At Giovanni's Famous Deli-licious Specialty Products we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality and freshest products available. Our Reduced Balsamic is made personally by Giovanni himself and our Reserve First Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is imported exclusively for Giovanni from his family farm in Calabria Italy. Supply is limited and can depend on climate, soil conditions and time of year. We guarantee that our imported Olive Oil is 100% pure and made from olives handpicked in Calabria.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the specialty nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Should any of our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to send a free replacement for the items purchased.

Payment Methods
We accept online credit card payments through Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Discovery. Charges to your Credit Card will be listed as Giovanni's Balsamic or Giovanni's Specialty Products.
Cash payments accepted on local pick up items only.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground service. Expedited service is available upon request. Orders are filled once a week and tracking information will be provided by email.
